The booking process at Sri Ganga Residency is simple and straightforward. First, you can visit our facility for a tour or take a virtual tour online. Once you've selected your preferred room type, you'll need to fill out a registration form and submit the required documents (ID proof, address proof, and 2 passport-sized photographs). After verification, you can pay the security deposit and first month's rent to complete the booking process.

For booking at Sri Ganga Residency, you'll need to provide the following documents: 1) Government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter ID), 2) Address proof (recent utility bill, rental agreement, or employer's certificate), 3) 2 recent passport-sized photographs, 4) For students: college ID or admission letter, 5) For working professionals: employment ID or offer letter. All documents should be valid and in good condition.

The security deposit at Sri Ganga Residency is typically equivalent to one month's rent. This deposit is fully refundable at the time of vacating, subject to deductions for any damages to the property or outstanding dues. The refund process is initiated within 7-10 working days after you vacate, following a thorough inspection of the room and settlement of all accounts.

Sri Ganga Residency offers a variety of premium accommodations to suit different preferences and budgets. We have: 1) Single occupancy AC rooms with attached bathroom, 2) Double occupancy AC rooms with attached bathroom, 3) Single occupancy Non-AC rooms with attached bathroom, 4) Double occupancy Non-AC rooms with attached bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished with premium quality beds, wardrobes, study tables, chairs, and high-speed WiFi connectivity.

The room rent at Sri Ganga Residency includes a comprehensive set of amenities: fully furnished room with bed, mattress, wardrobe, study table and chair; high-speed WiFi connectivity; 24/7 security with CCTV surveillance; regular housekeeping services; all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); laundry services (twice a week); 24/7 power backup; hot and cold water supply; and access to common areas like lounge, TV room, and gym facilities.

At Sri Ganga Residency, we understand that our residents have varying schedules. While we don't have a strict curfew, we do have a security policy where residents are required to inform the reception in advance if they plan to return after 11:00 PM. This helps us ensure your safety and maintain security protocols. Special arrangements can be made for residents working night shifts or those with late-night academic requirements.

Sri Ganga Residency takes pride in offering nutritious and delicious meals prepared by experienced chefs. We provide a variety of North and South Indian cuisines with a weekly menu that changes to ensure variety. Our meals are balanced with proper nutrition and include vegetarian options. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice. We serve breakfast (7:00 AM - 9:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (7:30 PM - 9:30 PM).

While we provide wholesome and nutritious meals, we understand that you might occasionally want food from outside. You are allowed to order food from external restaurants, but we request that you consume it in the designated dining areas and not in your rooms to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Food delivery personnel are not allowed inside the premises, so you'll need to collect your orders at the reception.

Residents at Sri Ganga Residency are required to provide a 30-day written notice before vacating. This notice period helps us manage our occupancy and make necessary arrangements. If you need to vacate urgently due to unforeseen circumstances, please discuss with our management, and we'll try to accommodate your situation to the best of our ability. Rent for the notice period is applicable unless the room is occupied by another resident during that period.

Yes, visitors are allowed at Sri Ganga Residency with certain guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. Visitors must register at the reception with a valid ID and are allowed only in the common areas like the visitor's lounge. The visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Overnight stays by visitors are strictly prohibited. We request all residents to inform the management in advance about expected visitors to ensure a smooth experience.

Sri Ganga Residency maintains a strict no-alcohol and no-smoking policy within the premises to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for all residents. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited, and any violation may lead to immediate termination of the accommodation agreement without refund. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building, including rooms and common areas. Residents who wish to smoke may do so in the designated outdoor smoking zones.
